CBF recognition and ANBI status

Trees for All has been successfully tested by the independent regulator Centraal Bureau Fondsenwerving (CBF) and is the only foundation with a CBF seal of approval where you can offset CO². The foundation meets the CBF’s strict criteria. These strict criteria apply to the foundation’s transparency, money flows and open communication with members about the various projects.

The Trees for All Foundation is committed to transparency. Every year, they publish a complete annual report and all calculation methods are open to the outside world. The foundation has ANBI status, which means they do not have to pay inheritance and gift tax. Donors may deduct their donations from income or corporation tax.
